Does anyone have experience interviewing for/working at Bacardi?

Hello! I recently got an interview invitation for an exciting change management and business analyst role with Bacardi. I’ve previously worked in MedTech and Higher Education in similar roles, and I’m a bit concerned about the cultural fit (I’m afraid to appear too rigid!).

The role is in a new city I recently moved to and I’m honestly looking for a refresh - new career, different pace of life, happier lifestyle. I believe it’s a brilliant position, but I’m not sure how to communicate my shift and what is the general psychological microclimate and culture within the company.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Worked as a functional BA in the USA for almost two years. Moved back home to the UK and had to deep dive into the technical aspects of the job. I’m now looking for opportunities to move to Spain, since parents retired and moved to Andorra. And it’s been interesting to see how BA as a profession is perceived differently - a salad of project management and BA, if you’re more of a functional specialist, and then a proper deep dive into software and coding, if you’re into technical BA.

Is this difference in scope and perception of BA work across various geographies real, or is it just my perception?

My domains are Healthcare/MedTech, Higher Ed and the Public Sector.

Hola! I’m a European, currently living and working in the UK. My family is based in Andorra, and I am considering to make a permanent jump to Spain. I would ideally target Barcelona and Madrid.

What job portals can you recommend for someone with basic Spanish and native level English? I have a university degree, work as a functional business analyst. I’m comfortable with project and operations management and similar work (ideally - higher ed, healthcare or public service domains as that’s my background; but versatile and agile, could learn quickly!)

I found many sites, but they are either for super jobs at Deloitte and the likes, or for hospitality work. Is there a portal for something in between? I understand moving to a new country means starting again, but I’m looking to make the most of my education and 5+ years of work experience. I also trust to be able to quickly improve my Spanish, once settled.

Any advice would be much appreciated, gracias!
