It’s daily I see a post from a US or India dev who talks about bundling all this shit with Claude and Cursor and having agentic AI run entire workflows.

Meanwhile I’m still just using ChatGPT or Co Pilot as an advanced “Google” and predictive text in order to avoid tedious stuff, to review my ideas or to avoid trawling through Stack Overflow when I’m stuck.

Anybody have any (Plain English) insight on what people are actually doing with this stuff?

Hi, noticed H&B on a bit of a tech recruitment drive. Colleague got offered a pretty hefty package for an IC dev role and has taken it. He put me in touch with their recruiter who is keen to forward me to hiring manager.

Any insights to their culture and current position? It doesn’t scream at me as being a tech shop! Guess I’m wondering whether it’s worth proceeding. Salaries seem pretty generous!
