Books with exciting story and explicit spice that do not focus on love and relationship development?

I feel like the majority of readers prefer a focus on the relationship aspect. The genre is called “ROMANCE for men” after all.

But could you recommend some books that have a great plot, which keeps you wanting to continue, while also featuring some spicy scenes without so much time being spent on feelings, cuddling, etc?

Thanks in advance!

Size difference - the other way round

So I feel like in rfm books it’s actually more common for the girls to be way bigger than they guys than vice versa. I read Golden Fields and I am currently reading How to Nick a 9ft Thrall, both of which feature giant women as primary LIs.

Are there any books where the LIs are substantially smaller? I am explicitly asking about size, not age, so no underage stuff please. But maybe a fairy or something like that?

Thanks in advance!

Closest thing to Twilight for guys?

I will be honest with you guys, I loved Twilight when it came out. A girl moving to a seemingly boring city gets entangled in something that is beyond her imagination. And throughout the books the stakes grow bigger, while she gets more comfortable with the supernatural world.

Which book would you recommend in the rmf genre that is like this?

I am very flexible when it comes to spice level, but the overall vibe should be similar. Bonus points if conflicting LIs, friends and family are parts of the story

Spicy scenes that are focussed on the MCs enjoyment

I am fairly new to the genre but in every book I read so far, even though the story is from a male pov and the descriptions of the female LIs were targeted towards a CIS male reader, the actual sex scenes read like they were written for women. Slow foreplay, focus on female pleasure, etc.

While in reality this is how it plays out most often, simply because men usually want sex more and thus work harder for it, I would appreciate some books were the guy is on the receiving end. Not necessarily rough sex without feelings, but just less work by the MC and more work by the LIs. Does that make sense?

Thanks in advance!

LF a book where the protagonist had a seemingly perfect life

Hey everyone, I just now discovered this sub and there are so many great recommendations in here! Maybe you can help me on my quest to find something specific

A book where the mc starts out with a normal, perfect life. He has a stable job, a good marriage and potentially even kids. So not the average loser in his 20s. But for whatever reason (Isekai or not, idc) he has to start over in a much simpler, slower life. Farmer in the Midwest, something like that.

Ideally with a bit (or lot) of spice and one or more interesting love interests. No need for a heroic story, just some slice of life good vibes

Thanks in advance!
