As I’m sure everyone is aware, the meta stats that dominate most outfield positions are pace+acceleration with a few others mixed in.

Does this also hold true for specifically the DLP role? It’s by far my favorite role in fm, and I’m wondering if a technically gifted player with great technical/mentals in the classic dlp attributes(passing, vision, decisions etc) with plays killer balls as a player trait would be outperformed by a pace merchant with an equal amount of CA taken out of those core attributes?

Ive already accepted the reality for strikers/wingers/defenders, but the same being true for the creative centerpiece would be quite sad.
