Plumbers that use CHANNELLOCKS- blue grips, made in USA:
When do you retire a pair? Once the grips come off? When the teeth are gone? Anyone running then bare handled cause they still work?
No interest in hearing about some west German tools, I’m asking only about the blue handles we have all seen and used.
Background on post: I’ve got 430’s that the grips were shredded and I tore them off. Been told to retire them by everyone but the boss since they’re bare metal. Just want to see what everyone else does.
