how do you boost on time ratings?

i have a few late deliveries, i’m not sure how i’m supposed to get there faster, i already drive fairly fast. are there any tips?

sorry if this has an obvious answer or isn’t the right sub to post in, (if anyone has a better one let me know), anyways i’m a young adult and still trying to figure out what i want to do for work. right now im just doing doordash to get by and planning on going back to my old fast food job until i figure out something better. i’m fairly competent, i get good grades in HS (i graduate this month), im bad at social skills but i am actually pretty good at getting along with all types of people, and seeing the good in people even if i think they have a lot of bad.

i was thinking about being a prison guard, (particularly women’s or children’s prisons) because i believe in prison abolition, and i feel like maybe i could make a difference in some of the people’s lives there, or at least make it a little easier day to day. but im wondering if it would be too similar to being a cop, which i don’t want to do because i don’t want to enforce a corrupt justice system and i wouldn’t enjoy working along side the people who want to be cops. i’m also just not really the type to be in that kind of work, im really short, and even though ive been a weight lifter for a while, i still don’t really think i could break up a fight to be honest.

i don’t know if maybe im looking at a prison guard job through rose colored glasses, but i do feel like i could do good. like i imagine myself bringing people extra pads (apparently a lot of prisons only give women a very small number) and helping report stuff like rape or groping from other people working there.

i’m really interested to hear other people’s opinions on this. especially those who have been in jail/prison or worked similar jobs.
