This morning, my daughter was almost killed by a jerk blowing past a stopped school bus, just as she was about to cross the street (bus is coming the other way out of frame). I Think this is a Rav4. Wife thinks it is a 2000 model year.

Can anyone help confirm, and maybe figure out the model year range/trim level. Anything I can give to local police to help catch them. This is the 2nd time this year someone has done this in front of our house.

Has anyone else been experiencing more and more sites where they need to disable Cloudflare WARP before they can access the site?

This morning I went to Youtube, but every video I clicked on showed the "Video Unavailable" when I tried to play it (it may have offered to let me view it if I logged in, but I don't have a google/Youtube account, nor do I want one. And so I could not test that). However, if I disconnect WARP, or drop from "Traffic and DNS" to "DNS only" the videos will play again. In the previous weeks I've noticed a couple of other sites that were unreachable or appear to be broken or load WAY more slowly with the VPN on.

I'm guessing that the sites have chosen to block the services IP addresses for whatever reason (Youtube mentioned bots). Is there anything that can be done about this, other than not using the VPN?
