What is this crunching sound? It only seems to happen at start up or if I’m accelerating at low speeds. You can hear it at the first half of video

My car has been making this certain noise that seems to only happen at low speeds (about 20-40 mph). The best way I can describe it is as if I’m pushing a table that has caster wheels but the wheels are locked and the table is buzzing as I push it. It doesn’t vibrate, just that burrrr sound as I accelerate (you can hear it in the video over the loud brrring sound of my wheel bearing 😅).

It doesn’t always happen but I’m guessing it could be a transmission issue considering how it only occurs as I accelerate in specific “gears”, to say the least (it’s a CVT). What do you think it is so I can pin point the possible issue when i bring it in the shop. Or what do you think I should do if it is the transmission??
