At what point during the J1 waiver Conrad 30 process, is it not recommended to travel internationally?

Does anyone have experience doing Conrad 30 in Michigan or any experience completing waiver with Corewell Health/Spectrum Health? Were they cooperative with filing PNIW and within what timeline? or did they insist on PERM

Does anyone have any experience with our lady of the lakes FOML in Baton Rouge, LA, did they file PNIW in a timely fashion? trying to get work authorization for my spouse, was it a good experience completing waiver there?
