I thought it might just be perioral dermatitis alone but now I’m starting to think it’s a fungal infection.

Can anyone tell me if this is tinea faciei or something else? I also have one on my neck as well. The one on my neck has been there for about 2 months and my face has been off and on with these rashes. They don’t itch, they’re usually just flat red patches and sometimes, when they are starting to “heal” (but they always come back lol), they do start to peel/get flaky. It doesn’t burn unless it’s really inflamed or irritated/when it first appears.

Help please lol
