I. Can't. Find. Any. I was told to look for a ladder, I haven't found one. I am starting to lose it a bit with frustration. Here is my map, what am I missing?

Ironwood
Edit: Issue solved, leaving up for anybody else who had this issue
Hi, I've been playing this game for a little while and I just can't find ironwood. I forced my way through and killed the drake, so I've already fixed the eastern stairs. The upgrades are assuming I have it, and I don't.
