I received a trade offer from a league mate for Marc Guehi and I am trying to find out his rough value.
Due to multiple users in this reddit community being other members I will not share the trade as I am looking for an unbiased valuation.
I’m mostly looking for a mid replacement as I believe Marc is already a premium defender in a 12 man league so no sense in trading for another def.

Attached is my current squad post draft. I feel like I have a fairly solid team i was 6th pick and wanted to lock in a premium fwd.
Then Cunha fell back to me for second pick and I wanted to lock in a premium def in Marc G.
However now that I look at it I feel like I might want to change it up a bit and convert my more valuable mids/def to higher ceiling players.
How do you guys assign value to your players and get the most in return when making offers and dealing with counter offers.

8 months ago I switched companies and joined a div 31 foundations company expanding into my local market as I saw it as a chance for me to grow into a true main/chief estimator role and have picked up some decent jobs along the way.
Things were going well until I found out our division manager who launched the expansion is actively looking elsewhere. I heard he will be interviewing with a competitor this week some time.
And I am honestly just upset because the whole move was sold as this big expansion push and now that guy who started it all is leaving.
I was his first hire out this way and now only after 8 months I’m worried he’s departure could sink the whole division especially in today’s construction market.
Does anyone have any advice. A part of me wants to warn people but I also know that’s not necessarily the right or professional thing to do.
