Before going to bed or leaving the house, double check that all doors, windows, and gates are locked. If you’re traveling, ask a trusted neighbor or relative to keep an eye on your house. If you have CCTV cameras, alarms, or motion lights, make sure they’re working properly. If you notice any suspicious people or unusual activity around your neighborhood, don’t ignore it report it to the police and let your neighbors know. Staying alert and looking out for one another can make a big difference.
