So there's some of these stuff in the current multi chapter fic I'm writing - symbolism, metaphor, parallells... And I really hope and want people to notice them and point them out. But I also don't wanna be like "GUYS THIS IS A PARALLELL" I want ppl to come to the conclusion alone... Is there a way to encourage people to look/analyze closer? And do readers ever notice these?
so i was scrolling through my stats and as u know they show u the total amount of bookmarks on each fic of yours including private ones. its a big ego boost lol. but anyways today i noticed that one of my fics has a very big amount of private ones. it has 9 public ones and then i saw the total amount was TWENTY ONE. which i am also very happy about since it\'s a fic im very proud of. obviously i dont mind people privating their bookmarks sure i wanna see their thoughts but its their choice... but im also curious why this fic in particular has so many private ones. it's not a 'taboo' fic at all. like it's not even like that it's family angst and it does have an injury and its kind of graphic description but still. lol
