I am in the US Just found out I am pregnant, I had accepted the offer and is at executive level with people reporting to me, also first consulting experience. I really want to join because is significant salary and professional growth but I would need maternity leave 7 months in and I am worried about eligibility for maternity leave and also in terms of job how this might impact me. Would really appreciate some input on this.
Should I talk to hiring manager now?!
