NPCs in the Haze
Hello! Im looking to run a Drakkenheim campaign here soon and while ready through the book I got a question.
How are NPCs dealing with the Haze? If the entire city is covered in it then how/why are people staying in places play Buckledown Row or at any of the faction strongholds. I understand faction scouting parties but for whole areas with lots of NPCs it feels too dangerous to be hanging out there.
Do they just go to Emberwood every night? How do the factions actually stay at a stronghold?
