Never taken eq before, I know there’s a time and a place for everything. When is the best time to use and standard dosing ratio for test eq ? 1:1 2:1?

After missing 2 vials for awhile I finally found my missing primo, I have 2 vials of primo unopened/ pinned they’ve been expired for over a year can I still use it ?
