New album

I didn’t see anybody else bring it up. Some if not all of the tracks on the new album loop almost seamlessly if you put them on repeat. Like a forever song. I KNOW PEOPLE, DONT PLAY, CAN OF SPRITE are basically SEAMLESS.
Beautiful goddamn attention to detail. He knows some of us like to repeat that shit til we know the whole song. It’s fucking butter the way they melt into the beginning of themselves. If you don’t know where the beginning of the song in you wouldn’t even be able to tell. Chefs kiss, Dark one.

Sharing music taste

If you were to introduce someone new to any of Joshua’s music, which song/ album would you show them first. I started listening to Darkie because of the song “H**GING MYSELF WITH MY PHONE CHARGER”. I loved the hype and fast pace of the song and I just kept listening and fell in love with how diverse his sound actually is. But now when I introduce people to his music, I’m bad to dump an entire mashup album in their lap so they at least find one song they like. What is your go-to when showing off the dark one?

What did you learn

What Lil Darkie song taught you something you didn’t know and what was it that you learned? Hes smart and sprinkles Easter eggs constantly in his work. For example; I knew of Dark Alliance, but I was not aware that Reagan almost single handedly was responsible for crack cocaine explosion in the states. Until I did my research because I heard darkie say one line. Expanding my knowledge. Anyone else look into things he mentions to learn more?

Curious.

Ive been an active lucid dreamer for as long as I can remember. I can’t actually recall the earliest ones but in teenage years they were about once a month. Maybe twice. By adulthood this had picked up speed to every other week I would have quite a few, upwards of three to four times a week. Now I am 31 years old and I am lucid every night. I didn’t try. I didn’t even know lucid dreams were a thing until I was almost 26 and it was only then I found out that’s what my dreams were. I was looking for answers regarding the beach that I am at in every lucid dream I experience. I could map out this beach and treeline down to the details on the shacks and huts surrounding it with the amount of exploring I have done in my time there. Again, I have never done anything to induce these dreams. It is simply how I dream. Has anyone else, ever experienced anything similar? Because even with 30+ years I still feel like no one truly understands how WILD it is to not be able to dream “normal”. And I can’t remember the last time I did. The beach is beautiful though.

My interpretation of the Small Dark One. New to polymer clay but excited to retry this sculpt.
