Me and my friend were joking around and i shown him a 🖕🏻 as a joke, im just worried I might receive a warning or penalty for it

It's inside the campus and I'm pretty sure my friend was the only one that saw it other than there might be cctv footage.

When can I apply for entrance scholarship like the achiever scholarship? And does it need to be online or I can apply on site?
