Meet Eddie Cheddar

I just learned about this sub, and had to join and share my sweet boy. We adopted him from a local shelter about two months ago, and I would lay down my life to defend this ridiculous goofball ❤️

My cuddly boy

This is Breadstick. He loves cuddling almost as much as he loves causing chaos. He smells like warm, clean floof (no matter how many times he rolls in mud puddles). I absolutely adore him.

Ancestry Visa if parent was the product of an affair

Hi All,

I'm hoping that I can connect with someone who has had a similar experience, or who might be able to point me in the right direction. Long story short, my grandmother (now deceased) had an affair with a family friend from the UK many years ago, and my mother was born as a result. This man is not the one listed as the father on her birth certificate, since she was married to my grandfather (now also deceased) at the time, although the affair was a bit of an open family secret. I want to start the application process for an ancestry visa, but I'm not sure what additional documents I may need to provide to prove the connection. The government's website isn't very helpful beyond the basics. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me!
