Help! I was just approved for the Gold and Blue Cash Preferred Cards. I requested a balance transfer with the Blue and changed my mind on the amount. I called into customer service and they said it couldn’t be changed. I just checked the status and the transfer amount is 100x what I requested. There’s no status listed, but I’m worried this is going to set off a fraud flag for both AMEX and Citi. How can I fix this?

Edit: To clarify: I requested $Y, customer service tried several times to change it, and I was told it couldn’t be changed. I logged in days later and saw a request for 100 x $Y (hundreds of thousands of dollars). I didn’t erroneously request this and try to fix it with customer service.
