15th prestige boosters

I’ve come across quite a few 15th prestige boosters the decided to do that glitch and I’m questioning why they haven’t just reset their ranks. They already got their money, it’s really easy too to figure out who has fudged stats too. I don’t have the tool but I’m sure it’s not hard to reset their rank to 1 back to all being fair. I’d say it’s unfair but not to me but other players. I haven’t come across one max prestige that was good or had a kd over 1.

Hey all, I’ve owned this car for 8 years now (third owner) and I’ve slowly been repairing all the little things to bring it back to its glory. I’ve done 2 out of the big 3 (I was told I don’t have to do my rod bearings because it’s not a race car, but even I don’t believe that) and I was wondering what other type of maintenance is around the 120k mark? It does have an smg || transmission that has never been pull out or serviced either so I think that is what may happen next. Any other thoughts?
