Should I start with those books? Or are there better resources?
I wonder if these two books are the best to start, i know absolutely nothing but i want to learn about hardware and software and learn some languages, A friend of mine strongly recommended the first book but I'm not sure if the second one is that good... I'm open to any recommendations and/or curriculums since I'm trying to learn both on my own.
1- The Elements of Computing Systems by Noam Nisan and Shimon Schocken
2- Seven Languages in Seven Weeks by Bruce A. Tate
