Any way to reverse motor polarity in the software?

I recently flashed my BMCU to fix some issues I was having, and that fixed almost everything wrong with it. Before I flashed it, I was having tons of issues, but a reversed motor wasn't one of them. Now when I try to load port 4, instead of loading, it spits the filament back out. I know I can resolder the wires, but I really don't feel like doing that, especially since I know it was reversed during the flash, and my magnets should all be in the correct orientation, since again it worked before in this aspect. Anyone know how to reverse the polarity software-wise? I used the BMCU flasher app.

Slot 4 spitting filament back out

When I built my BMCU, I was having many issues, but it was mostly when I came to start a print, it would do the whole process, then right before the printer started, I would get an error message saying something along the lines of "filament not detected".

Since then, I've updated my printer and flashed the BMCU. Now slots 1-3 work great, but I have a new issue where slot 4 won't even let me load the filament when I push the filament in. The autoload is reversed, so it just spits it right back out. Slot four wasn't like this before the flash; it worked normally when it came to feeding. Anyone got any clue how to fix it?
