I saw a 1bhk full furnished in kothrud for 15k at facebook group called flat and flatmates and i don’t have much idea about the rent in that area but the thing i noticed is the owner replied me instantly at 12:30AM and then told me to pay token money of 1k so that the society manager can block the flat at “1:00”!! Well until i finalise it. Seems very fishy
