Hi! Do we know how CulturedCode manage data and specially about Things Cloud and data encryption in transit and at rest?
I think I remember seeing that everything is clear on their server. Is it true and if so does anyone know how to better protect data using the apps?

I saw various cases around Tutanota and Proton Mail, what do you guys think and choose? I feel like Proton mail is closer to the open source philosophy than Tuta since they agreed to open a backdoor (on German authorities demand) and Proton is OpenPGP. What do you think?
Note that I don't want to self-host.
