I’m having a panic attack and need help

so yesterday I made a post panicking about the guy I witnessed vomiting and it’s the next day and my stomach is making a ton of noise and I feel nauseous and anxious and my temp is 99.7. I woke up feeling anxious and nauseous and it got worse then better and now it’s feeling worse. I’m so anxious I can’t leave bed and I’m just sitting in complete pain all day. I need something to help and I don’t know what to do.

1 year MPFL post op and it dislocated.. TTO and MPFL part 2 questions

I (18F) had a MPFL reconstruction 06/11/26 and on Wednesday last week I dislocated my knee bowling and had to push it back on myself. I completely tore my new ligament and since Wednesday it has dislocated two more times, one getting out of my boyfriend’s car and one rolling over in bed. I saw my doctor today and he said at some point I will have to get a second MPFL and a TTO. I am absolutely terrified. He stated that the physical therapy for TTO is way easier and the recovery process is better but I am so scared about the pain afterwards and I’m scared that I will just mess it up again. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and he told me the MPFL would last me 5 years and it lasted me 1. I would like to know for people who have had a TTO and a MPFL, which one was most difficult to recover from and which is most painful? with the MPFL I was up all night crying in pain for a week, I cannot do it again if it will not improve my life.
