I am not a magician (i'm 19) and I wasn't sure where else to ask this question. Ive been stalked and many times I've been woken up abruptly from sleep and shown in dreams when a person was outside of my house stalking and waiting for me. my tarot cards also were warning me and telling me a lot of stuff about it. once I also heard a conversation this person had with others while I was half asleep half awake. I've been warned about other people in my dreams, showing me what they were doing or saying behind my back.

I'm really curious where this information is coming from. a spirit guide? some type of beings?

I was very badly harmed by someone so I decided to bring back justice into this situation.

my interpretation:

wheel of fortune - there's sudden change and motion in this situation (wheel) which are out of my control. there's a painful ending and feeling of powerlessness (10 of swords) which leads to my satisfaction and having my wish fulfilled (9 of cups) which causes that person agony and mental suffering (9 of swords) thus me winning and asserting control in this situation (chariot)
