I’m pretty new to IHSS & this will be my first time doing sick hours. I only log a little over 3 hours a day for my mom’s care. The portal shows I have 40 hours available. How do I go about claiming these hours? I went through some posts here & I’m seeing contradictory information. The FAQ in the portal is confusing me even more lol help please
