I don’t know what everyone else’s experience is but the people I’m working with the last couple of years seem to have tanked big time! Where have all the quality finance professionals from the food industry gone to? Jumping ship to another company in the same industry just feels like a waste of time, maybe a shift to a FMCG that’s not food? is the right approach.

Newly working in the cattle industry, I can’t believe how unprofessional and how much politics comes from my fellow finance team members? Operational teams are wonderful but I can’t get over how well…petty finance is. Is this common in the industry?
