Is there anything I should brush on before skills lab for J1? Other than reviewing the lab manual what else should I do to make sure i’m prepared

As fall semester is about to start what are ways I can study for foundations and assessment? Do I have to read the textbook and stuff or like how do yall study the lectures please tell meeee!!!! it looks so hard and i want to be prepared
