[Hiring] Personal VA support

Looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support daily operations on game development team, AKA just me.. hah This is ongoing work, roughly 4-8 hours per day, depending on you. The pay is $100/week

(Hate to be that guy, but no guys please. This is someone that I will have in my ear on a daily basis, if we end up flirting, I wouldn't be mad. It's preferred)

Incentive: If consistent, and game is going well, which it is going very well right now, pay increases to $5-600/month after 2-3 months.

What the work involves:

• Checking Discord to see what players are currently complaining about most.

• Flagging inconsistencies or missing details for updates within the patch notes when released.

• Helping schedule and coordinate when to start certain tasks, pretty much just making sure i'm not forgetting something, considering i'm doing 1000 things it feels like at once.
Preferably able to be in a discord voice call/community chat with me while working (I find it difficult to have to type constantly, whilst working)

• Daily check-ins and updates.this is steady daily work, not a one-off task. comment $bid below with your availability, country, and favorite animal, and a bit about your relevant experience, and I'll DM up. Payment is a fixed monthly base rate, not commission or tips-based. via Discord

What I'm looking for:

• Strong attention to detail, especially for repetitive QC work

• Comfortable working async, available consistently every day

• Basic familiarity with Discord, Stripe, and basic web-browser use and willing to learn.

• Reliable internet connection

• Coachable, good written and spoken english.
