Tank Renovation

So I got 3 bags of sand, only used 2 so far, was alot more work than anticipated but do plan on adding last bag. 100lbs of sand in the 75g tank. Also got rid of most plastic plants. Spent 100 bucks on plants for her to just destroy by tomorrow im sure. But I like the sand look. Tried hiding some plants behind the fake rock one in there also. Maybe it'll work 🤣. Cloudy pic was after filling tank back up. Im pregnant and have neglected cleaning properly for couple months so I emptied out 90%of old water and added new. Cloudy for a bit but I do like the new. Last pic was her old set up. Shes an 8+year old ouchuita map.

Shedding!

After years of not having proper lighting or tank, she is finally starting to shed years of retained scutes!! Ive had her just about a year now and glad to see them scutes finally starting to fall off ☺️

I want to switch my turtle tank to sand

My turtle tank is 75 gallons, I have good size rocks in it now but its annoying to clean. How much sand do I need, what kind and how do I go about the switch?
