What’s the next major hurdle?

The first major risk in all this financing and dilution risk. This ended with issuing the convertible notes.

Second was actually singing the first deal which we just crossed.

The third I’m guessing is releasing the debt terms to actually start the build out? Based on what I read they should have enough cash for Sandersville but the actual terms of raising debt remain unknown.

In the future If BTC stays depressed how will they raise the cash for Texas sites? Could this risk by why the price is staying depressed?

Anyone smarter than me have any ideas?

Does this change the investment thesis?

This startup is the first (of many currently competing) to generate power from their SMR (small module reactor) already plugged in to power Nvidia chips to demo.

The whole thesis in this sub is that power is in SUCH high demand that it will be sourced by anyone who has it, including dealing with terrible companies that got lucky to sit on a goldmine.

With these reactors already powering on, it would bypass the need to deal with 3rd rate miners and purchase power on their own.

Am I being overly pessimistic now since this deal is nowhere to be found? In a years time more companies will drive the cost of these reactors down. It could be another 6 months until a deal and who knows how many more until more sites are leased.

Cleanspark X account

What is he talking about here really?
I get that you can’t give constant updates of deals before they are public but this says that they are gonna wait until the value of their BTC goes back up.

The balance sheet continues to weaken. I get that it’s out of their control but I honestly think these stupid posts are worse than silence. BTC hitting 52 week lows and these guys keep wasting time at BTC conferences lol
