Hey! So I’m a 17 yo male who has started to workout 4 months ago. For context I’m pretty skinny and I have always had a pretty fast metabolism so it’s felt normal that the first month nothing changed. I felt stronger but whenever I checked the scale or the mirror nothing changed.
Yesterday, I was weighing myself for the percentage of muscle mass and fat, and I gained about 5 kg of muscle and lost 2 kg of fat. It looks weird, as the last time I weighed myself, nothing had changed.
My family says that I look bigger, but I'm worried that I've gained too much muscle in such a short amount of time.
Is this normal? Is it possible that this is just the result of the past months?

Hey, so this year I did my first year of IB and in the middle of the course a problem I have worsened considerably, although I have been able to attend just the classes I needed and have been able to do my work and CAS my grades are the worst I have ever gotten and I cannot pass the year.

I’m so fucking tired and I don’t know what to do, thinking about dropping ib because idk if will be better or just even worse next year. I’m thinking of taking online classes but my school doesn’t offer a lot of options so maybe I’ll have to change subjects (I’m not that upset about that but it’s still weird)

Sorry for the vent but somebody has advice? What do you do if you repeat a year?

Hey, so I'm just ending my first year in IB, and it has been more difficult than I expected . I still have to take the final exams for this first year, but some of my IAs are completely finished. I had to redo my business management assessment multiple times, and I'm just tired. They not only told me that I had to redo it but that I could get expelled if they saw, again, that it had more than 30% of text generated by artificial intelligence. I don't use any type of AI for my essays or similar projects, as I personally love the research and drafting part of it . So, when it got flagged as AI, I became extremely frustrated. This has happened to me multiple times, and the only thing I can think to do is to submit worse essays, as that is the only thing that has worked. Any advice on how to fix this without having to do worse work?
