Not sure if anyone experiences the same thing as me... but i can drink a 12 pack of beer with hiatal hernia... and i feel like it actually makes me feel a little bit better the next day... but if i drink just one cup of coffeee i feel like im being sent to the after life after a few hours... i feel like my esophagus gets inflamed for like 2 weeks from coffee
If coffeee makes the les to relax causing acid to go up... then why is there is less symptoms when there is no hiatal hernia vs having a hiatal hernia.
I took a endoscopy in mexico and the endoscopy showed that i had chronic antrum gastropathy with type 1 hiatal hernia 5cm. Gastropathy is diffrent that gastritis, but i cant find anything online that shows if its curable. Im so lost.
Does anybobody know doctors here in the us that know more about what gastropathy is?
What is the best method to diagnose this?
I cant drink cofee or exercise... it hurts to workout. I used to be able to run 6 miles like nothing and now i cant even run 2 miles because it hurts...
Has surgery finally made you be able to exercise? Because for me my breathing is reduced and it hurts

I accidentally changed something on the Webull mobile app. Before, when I opened my watchlist, the stocks/prices would visually move or “bounce” up and down as the prices changed in real time. Now my watchlist just shows the stocks in a regular list with the little 24H charts.
Does anyone know what this feature/view is called and how I can turn it back on?
I feel like science and technology is advancing more rapidly than ever... i feel like people who get a hiatal hernia surgery today can get a much better surgery in the future if it fails... because maybe in about 10 to 15 years from now there might be way better methods for fixing hiatal hernia and reflux symptoms
Why do some doctors say small hernias cause no symptoms? Thats likr saying "Oh you only cut half of your finger off, usually people get symptoms if they cut their whole finger off"....
I feel a hiatal hernia size is a partial factor... other factors include how your diaphram is positioned as well as some other things

Do any of you hear like a thumping sound when you take a deep breath and breath out? Is that the LES? In my case i can hear it sometimes... its like a crack... some people may think im talking about ribs or bones, but im positive its the hiatal hernia.
