This might sound crazy but hear me out. Eun-mi is a character that's on my shit list because of how she treats her husband but I hate to admit it the woman is smart. She somehow able to figure out how to put a human's consciousness inside of the virtual world not only that but manipulate it. What if she had been working on this for years? Harvey getting fired from his banking job was probably alarming at first but a good opportunity for her but she had to make sure he stayed unemployed and possibly even desperate, because honestly I refuse to believe that a radio station And a newscasting rule wouldn't want someone like Harvey. She probably did something to make it to where he was rejected from every job he's tried to work. And so now that Harvey is unemployed and desperate and has this debt thing looming over his head It's the perfect opportunity for his wife to convince him to be her guinea pig for this experiment. Honestly there's no way he'd agreed to it if he wasn't so desperate and willing to do anything to get his wife and child out of the gutter.
It might sound crazy, but think about it.
I drew more but I figured the moderators wouldn't like seeing mob Harvey treat his wife negatively so I'm not going to risk having my post taken down I do not want to deal with the drama.
This is just the more traumatized and scarred version of Harvey in the normal ending. His little boy made him a drawing although he appreciates it He's a little disturbed by the fact that Toby ended up drawing The man he used to be.. It pains him to see it but it was made by his little boy and Little Toby doesn't know better.

Just to explain my head canon with Toby a bit more I imagine that these two knew each other in school when Toby was a child. Probably even becoming friends... Unfortunately because of the events of the human expenditure program Toby probably had to move away and they lost contact with each other for the next 15 years.
