Coming Vietnam, Saigon in february with my family. With my wife and and kids

would you recommend for a family trip to Vietnam?

We’re a family from Northern Europe and our kids will be 4 and 2 years old when we travel to Vietnam. My wife and I visited Vietnam many years ago but travelling there with two small children is obviously a very different experience.

We really want to make this an unforgettable trip for the whole family. We’re not just looking for the usual tourist attractions but for experiences, places and things to do that we’ll remember for years.

What would you recommend to a family with a 4 year old and a 2 year old? Are there any places or activities, local experiences or hidden gems that you think we absolutely shouldn’t miss?

At the end of the trip we’re planning to go to Phú Quoc, mainly because we thought it would be an easy and enjoyable place to finish the trip with small children. So I’d also love to hear any recommendations for Phú Quoc, especially beaches, family activities, restaurants or places that are genuinely worth visiting.

We’d really appreciate any tips from people living in Vietnam or people who know the country well. We’re happy to hear both the obvious recommendations and the less well known ones. 😊
