19f looking for a mentor

Hi, I’m looking for someone who can help me with personal growth, consistency, and reinvesting / rebranding myself and my life.
I feel like I have a lot of potential, but I struggle with actually turning it into something tangible. I tend to negotiate with myself a lot, talk myself out of action, and I’m not very consistent. Because of that, most days end up feeling like I’m not really moving in the direction I want to go.

What I’m looking for is a mentor who knows how to help me get from point a to b, can offer advice and help me stay grounded and consistent.
I want them to be like a reset button to help reset each day without carrying yesterday’s mindset or mistakes into today, and actually help me follow through on what I plan instead of staying stuck in planning and thinking.

I already have a general idea of what I want in life, I just need help turning that into something real and sustainable. Ideally, someone who can help me stay accountable, refocus me when I drift, and keep me aligned with my goals.

I’m open to mapping things out properly with the right person and building a system that actually works for me long-term.

I want to be in a calorie deficit or eat meal that can help with my weight loss but I’m inconsistent . Who’s interested? We can track calories etc together

I am currently on my weight loss journey but I have not been consistent with my steps and the gym mostly cause is boring doing it alone . So is anyone down to be buddies we can plan the walks and the gym routine together and check in on each other with etc

I am not a big fan of studying , i find it boring but I need to study to improve myself academically and better my vocabulary etc.

with studying right now , when it’s get too hard or overwhelming , i close me books and don't come back to it for a while, how do i improve ?
