I purchased services from MoreThanPanel, but the services are not working at all. After contacting support, they told me they can only refund the balance to my panel account instead of returning the money to my original payment method (my bank account).
I don’t want panel credit because I no longer trust the platform. I simply want my money refunded to the bank account I paid from.
I’m sharing this to warn others and to see if anyone has had a similar experience.
