Mod Approved SCAM ALERT - Watch out for U/TulipGirl1 (Account Banned Now) and U/TulipGirl2

Watch out for either one of these sellers u/Tulipgirl1 and u/TulipGirl2 trying to sell this CC bag below. Hang on for the ride, this one is a doozy.

6/5 Purchased this and paid via PPFF. Says she will ship Mon 6/8

6/8 AM Followed up to ask for tracking, but see u/TulipGirl1 account is inactive. Automatically think I got scammed. Posted about it. Called my bank in a panic to try and retrieve the funds and was successful.

6/8PM I get a message from u/TulipGirl2 saying Reddit locked her account and she contacted mods to try and tell me. Sends me the tracking. I delete the post and am so relieved that it was "not" a scam situation.

6/9 5PM She messages me about the disputed paypal funds. In all honesty I forgot because I was just so relieved it was "not" a scam. Tried to log in to PP but my account needed verification. Responded to explain this to her and asked if we could split the $15 stop payment fee and if I can venmo instead.

6/10 8:45 AM She says yes. 9:30AM I send the Venmo. 12:30 PM she confirms receipt.

6/12 6PM I track the package to see she has intercepted and redirected the package. I message her and she says she stopped the package because she thought I was scamming her. Ok, maybe she forgot to tell me like I forgot to tell her about Paypal, but I course corrected immediately!

The conversation sort of continued below. As of this posting, she has officially ghosted me, and I can no longer get updates on whether the package has been returned to her.

And that my friends, is the saga with Tulipgirl1+2. I even asked her for the funds back on Venmo and she has not sent them over. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, damnit still shame on you. Trustless Tulip!

Buyer Beware: My Experience with u/Tulipgirl1

Buyer Beware: My Experience with u/Tulipgirl1

I wanted to share my experience in the interest of transparency and helping others make informed decisions.

I recently purchased an item from u/Tulipgirl1 and completed payment as agreed. Shortly afterward, the account was banned, leaving me without a way to contact the seller or obtain any updates regarding my purchase.

At this point, I have not received any shipping info and have no means of communicating with the seller to resolve the situation. While I understand that account bans can happen for a variety of reasons, the timing unfortunately left me without the product I paid for and without a path toward resolution.

I'm not posting this to create drama or make assumptions about anyone's intentions. Rather, I believe it's important for buyers to be aware of the risks and to take appropriate precautions when conducting transactions online. Whenever possible, use payment methods that offer buyer protection and keep records of all transaction details.

If anyone has had a similar experience or has advice on potential next steps, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Just hoping this helps others avoid finding themselves in a similar situation.
