I want to retire with 5 cr fd it will give me 35 lakh yearly

I live in my home town t-2 city i have my own home

I am planning to buy a small plot every year which will cost me around 20-22 lakh so that it will act as investment and will half me to beat inflation

Rest would be sufficient to live my life with comfort

Has anybody ever cured there anxiety by prayanam. Recently out of nowwhere i got severe social anxiety and now suffering from 3 years. I don't want to take medicines. Please guide me🙏🏻
