If you had 20k cash just sitting not being used, what’s the best investment you can do with this? Is 20k enough to get started with a small property ? Of course a loan and financing is needed but what can you do with only 20k today.
We have an older SR-4 air switch controller that is making this god awful buzzing noise. I took it apart sprayed everything with WD-40 specialized to clean it up and it did not work…. I’m dead set on fixing this but I don’t know how or which part to replace. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this or where the noise is coming from? Praying on the power of the internet for this one haha
