Tickets for Belgian Pro League games
Hi there,
I support a Premier League team in England, our season does not begin until Aug 21, I noticed that the Belgian league starts two weeks previous on the weekend of August 8/9 so I have booked the ferry to come over
The plan is to drive to Liège on the Saturday, to attend Standard v Cercle Brugge, and then when on the way back to Calais for our nighttime ferry call in to attend Gent v Mechelen on the Sunday at 12:30
I have signed up for a ticketing account for both clubs, however neither match is available to purchase yet - Roughly how long before the game do tickets go on sale in Belgium? In England it is common place for match tickets to go on sale months in advance at some clubs - and will tickets be easy to obtain for these matches? Or are they likely to sell out
If anyone has any bar recommendations for Liège or Ghent then feel free to drop them below as well
