I was sent a Canal St. bag and was told it was master quality. The bag had visible scratches on the logo hardware, the chain was a different color from the other hardware, and it smelled like a musty basement! The PSP did not show any of the flaws. It also seems to not be real leather, although I have no proof. The seller (Lee) told me to further damage the bag so he can be sure I don’t use it and he’ll give me a full refund. I was skeptical so I put in a PayPal dispute. PayPal ruled for me to send it back (to China!) and I’ll get my refund. Well of course that wasn’t cheap so I gave up.😕 I’m a newbie and this was one of my first rep purchases. I definitely learned some valuable lessons from this horrible seller.

Stay away!! She sent me a QC video and I asked for my pics/video because the quality looked bad. She took two days to reply back saying she’d let me know. I then told her that I’d just prefer a refund. She immediately responded telling me her assistant made a mistake a shipped the shoes and begged me to trust her quality is good. I asked for tracking info. 2 days ago and she’s still hasn’t responded. I’m putting in a PP dispute as I paid via goods and services. Btw, Whit on IG promotes her which is how I found out about her.😤
