Surgery COMAT

I take the COMAT in 4 days, and I am honestly so lost. I just took the COMAT-SE and scored 57% on it. I finished all of TrueLearn, and it was nothing like the COMAT-SE. I don't know what to, any help would be appreciated.

This is my cry for help

freaking out

I took level 1 in late June. Every time I think about how close the results are to coming out, I freak out more. My scores were okay; all my COMSEAs were above 400, and 4 of them were above 450. I also got an 81% on a welCOM and was averaging 60-70% towards the end on TL. I just don't know how to feel, because I don't think TL, the welCOMs, or the COMSEAs prepared me for what I saw. I felt neutral walking out, but I know I guessed on a lot of things. There are also things that I straight up did not know. As the days went on, I felt like I failed more and more. I don't know how to deal with this stress for the next 10 days. A lot is riding on this exam for me because my school rarely gives second chances.

Level 1 is in 3 days and I am freaking out

Here are my scores for my COMSEAs in order: 411 (115), 480 (107i), 530 (110i), 459 (116)- this one really shot my confidence, 500 (111i). I also took the first WELCOM and got an 81%. I have finished 90% of my TL and have an average of 61%, 80th percentile on the last 100 questions. I have been dedicated for 2 months now, but I still don't feel ready at all. I do not know what to do because I have not yet touched the onc portion of heme/onc and just don't have it in me anymore to study, but I am also terrified of failing. Any last-minute advice?

Need Advice

I take COMLEX in less than a month, and honestly I’m hitting a wall with studying. I feel completely burnt out and like I just don’t know enough to pass.

For context:

  • I’ve completed about 70% of TrueLearn with a 60% average
  • I scored low 400s on my school-administered COMSAE about a month ago
  • I scored high 400s on ASA107i that I took on my own recently
  • I got a 65% on COMBANK Form A and 64% on Form B

The problem is that I still haven’t fully finished micro or pharm, and I feel shaky on a lot of topics. At this point, I can barely get myself to do anything besides Anki. My focus and motivation are so much worse than they were at the start of dedicated.

Has anyone else dealt with this level of burnout this close to the exam? Any advice on how to push through these last few weeks without completely crashing?

OMT treatment questions on COMLEX level 1

If you have taken COMLEX, how detailed were the treatment questions for Muscle Energy, HVLA, stills, etc...? TL keeps coming up with treatments for tender points I have never heard of

Level 1 Advice

I take level 1 in about 6 weeks. I got a 411 on my school's administered COMSEA, and I have finished about 50% of TL so far, with my score averaging at 60%. I have also finished 50% of all of sketchy micro and did the autonomic drugs, renal/cardio drugs, and psych drugs on sketchy pharm so far. OMT has always been one of my strengths. Any advice on what I should do to get my score to improve, and if I am on track to pass?
