25 GB of storage taken up, although traceable files have only ~3 GB
Hi, my Unlimited plan unded and due to financial reasons I have to downgrade to Mail Plus plan.
Unfortunately that is impossible, since I need to free up more space (15 GB is max).
But that seem to be impossible as well. I had 61 GB of storage used. I deleted my photos, but they were only 35 GB, that is real size according to the .zip downloaded to my PC, same amount was subtracted from the storage count on the web app.
What is left is a couole of dozens documents and couple hundreads of photos. Together they make up no more than 3 GB. But the storage is at 25 GB. Why?
To sum it up:
Trash is empty.
No desktop client used, only web browser app and an Android client whose data I removed completely from my phone.
Visible files do not account for reported usage.
Storage decreased correctly after deletions, but substantial hidden usage remains.
