Loving my MINI Cooper SE so far, but I’m a bit puzzled about the DC charging. The car is rated for up to 100kW peak, but at a 250kW station it tops out at around 70kW and averages closer to 50kW over the session.

I get that real-world charging rarely hits the spec sheet number, and that the curve tapers as the battery fills — but starting at a low SoC I’d still have expected to see something nearer the 100kW mark, at least for a little while.

Anyone else with the J01 seeing similar numbers? Curious whether this is just how it behaves (battery temp, preconditioning, SoC window) or if there’s something I should be checking on my end. Cheers!
