High cortisol flare symptoms
For those u you who are cyclical- I’m wondering what symptoms u notice when your in a high (not just lab work). I feel like I can just tell now, my brain gets foggy, I have more energy sometimes and especially at night, feel a little restless, exercise intolerance, etc. I’m wondering what other people experience? Anything odd u notice?
