After getting a mini I had to find out what displays fit them! And I found the Super Creator kits work! I also like that these room connect together and I can make a large house for them!
I also didn’t like the plastic hair so I made her a yarn wig! And an emergency dress since I accidentally ruined her skirt unfortunately
After I’ve fallen in love with the Mirror Mi doll line I really wanted to make one of the girls into a Skullpanda!
I modified a Ghostie body and Have a Good Run face to create her!
I decided to give her a cute new look with cat ears and a tail! The ears, “purse” and shoes are 3D printed let me know if you want the links to those files! The dress and tail I made myself!
What you need:
The Pattern (image 2)
Fabric (I used cotton)
Sewing needle and thread
Fabric glue
Ribbon (I used size 1/16)/embellishments
Choice of closer/fastener (I used Velcro)
Step 1: (image 4)
Trace your pattern onto the backside of your fabric. Cut out your pieces leaving space for seem allowance (no seem allowance needed for the top of the straps or the edge of the back panels)
1 front panel
2 side panels
2 back panels
Step 2: (image 5-7)
Take the front panel and one side panel and have the pretty sides touch. Using the traced outline as the sewing guide for your needle and sew the two parts together (I like starting from the bottom points!). Repeat for the other side panel and again for the back panels.
Step 3: (ignore hemming the bottom if you are sewing a skirt to the bodice)
Using your fabric glue you can add it to the bottom seem allowance and fold it over to the seem line and to the center of the bodice. Repeat for the other side. (Image 8-9)
Now if you have straps hem with glue first and then the top section of the bodice. (Image 10-11)
Glue the backs by the opening (I glue about a quarter of an inch or so) (image 12)
Step 4: (image 13)
lay the bodice down pretty side up and now we can add our ribbons and embellishments. Feel free to get creative! I use glue and my ribbon to give the appearance of boning and laces.
Step 5: (image 14-15)
with your choice either fabric glue or sewing attach your straps to the back panels by the edge.
Step 6: (image 16-17)
Add your choice of closer. I used Velcro and made sure one piece was on the inside and the other on the outside so when it closes there is an overlap.

Aaaand I couldn’t resist! I found a scrap purple gown I made a while ago and altered it to fit and added the rest of the details! If there are other princess vibe suggestions I should try let me know! I also have Luna who I’d love to dress up too

I thought I’d have a little fun with using my doll props for the picture
Happy Mermay! I decided to make my dream pendant out of an extra dawn I had!
It wasn’t difficult since I just had to remove her legs and feed wire cut around 12 inches) through those existing holes
I made sure it was looped trough at least twice to make her tail length an inch and a half. I twisted the write together and then wrapped quilt batting around it. I made sure more batting was around her hips and less at the tip. Then I took sewing thread and started wrapping around the batting making it into a nicer cone shape.
Once I was happy with the shape I cut out 2 sort of triangle shapes from my sequined fabric. I sewed those together and fit it over her tail. Next I stitched it to her body directly and glued/sewed her fins made from glitter iron vinyl and fabric. Then I just decorated!
Eyes are from windflower with the base painted white, 3D printed crown I designed, and made her top with lots of beads I had! I also added the sequin fabric to the balls on her head!
